Faculty, staff, and departmental users order telecommunications services from NI&S through their Service Managers. Account Administrators and Account Managers can update their department's Service Managers using the User Roles page in the NI&S Customer Portal.

Students are automatically provisioned wireless service from their student fees, along with one wired network connection in each residence hall room. Additional optional services for students, including analog "landline" telephone service in the residence halls, can be ordered through NI&S Customer Service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Customers should use these templates when ordering telework services.
